Return Period

Customers may return products within 30 days of receipt. The return period begins on the day the product is delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging including tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided with all return requests.
  • Personal care items, perishable goods, custom-made products, and downloadable products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
  • Sale items may be subject to different return conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
  • Package the items securely with all original packaging and include the RAN in your return package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund according to the following guidelines:

  • If the items are in their original condition, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping costs for the original delivery are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges
